In your role, you will engage collaboratively with community leaders, health teams, and Elders to foster resilience and proactive wellness strategies across the Mi’kmaw area.

Implement the Healing Through Loss Framework while supporting cultural practices and community-driven healing activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop culturally protected crisis response strategies
