Harvey’s Restaurant Crew Member

Harvey’s is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our restaurant team!

Crew members may work in Grill, Front of House/Cashier, Drive-Thru, Garnish, or Order Taking, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent service.
- Operate the cash/POS system and process payments.
- Prepare burgers, fries, sides, and other menu items according to Harvey’s standards.
- Assemble orders accurately, including toppings and customer modifications.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
- Ensure food is hot, fresh, accurate, and served promptly.
- Follow food-safety and restaurant procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and support other team members when needed.
- Promote applicable menu items, upgrades, sides, drinks, and desserts.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications
- 3–6 months of restaurant or customer-service experience preferred,



but not required.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food-safety standards.
- Availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
- Possess a positive and friendly personality
- Demonstrate great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
- Ability to follow Harvey’s standards, food/ safety regulations, and Health and Safety policies
- Available to work until 4am closings
