We are in the health industry promoting well-being and a healthy way of life. We service across Canada all health food stores, pro-shops, gyms and mass accounts for 40 years. This is a very exciting and fulfilling field

- Handle customer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
- Resolve product issues by understanding customer's complaint, determining the cause and following up to ensure resolution as quickly as possible
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
- help order entry department in busy times
- Communicate with Reps to help solve issues
- Process claims with various carriers
- Track shipments
- Issue Credits




- Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
- Other related tasks
- Possibility of more hours if needed

Skills Required:
- 1 years Customer Service experience and good phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Disciplined and motivated
- Ability to multitask

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
