Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound calls from drivers and addressing inquiries related to contractual agreements. During non-peak contract call times, this position will also support delivery requests via phone and email.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple responsibilities, provide explicit guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Driver Contract Support

- Handle inbound calls from drivers in a professional and courteous manner
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or unresolved contract-related issues to the appropriate department

Delivery Request Support (During Off-Call Time):
- Manage delivery requests via phone and email
- Coordinate and provide updates regarding delivery scheduling and status
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery-related communications

General CSR Duties:
- Data entry and account updates




- Follow-up calls and email correspondence
- Issue resolution and complaint handling
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company contracts, policies, and procedures

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in basic computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Schedule

- In Person Office environment
- Extended periods of phone and computer use

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
