Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Xcessive Graphics is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

We are a locally owned and operated graphics shop specializing in vehicle wraps, decals, signage, window tint, paint protection film, apparel, promotional products, and more.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy environment, has a creative side, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answering phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Greeting customers and helping direct their inquiries
- Following up with customers on outstanding projects
- Assisting with managing the shop schedule
- Collecting customer and vehicle information for upcoming projects
- Processing payments and assisting with invoicing
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their projects
- Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
- Assisting with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts, taking photos/videos of projects, and helping keep our social media active and engaging
- Working closely with our design, production, and installation team to keep projects moving smoothly

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with customers
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple projects at once
- Confident communicating by phone, email, and in person
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Detail-oriented and positive at taking accurate information




- Reliable and able to work independently
- Creative and comfortable with social media platforms
- Comfortable taking photos and short videos for social media content
- Comfortable working in a small-business environment where everyone helps out
- Customer-focused and able to provide a positive, professional experience

Previous customer service, administrative, social media, automotive, print, signage, or sales experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Location: Okotoks, Alberta

Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday

Hours: Approximately 15-25 hours per week

Wage: $15-19/hour, depending on experience

Our regular shop hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; we can be flexible on hours within the time frame.

About Xcessive Graphics

We're a small, locally owned team, which means this isn't a position where you'll be doing the exact same thing all day. Our projects change constantly, and you'll get to work with everything from small decals and signage to full vehicle wraps and fleet projects.

We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team, get to know our customers, learn what we do, and help us provide a great experience from the first inquiry through to the finished project.
