Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across various business units. In this role, you will harness your expertise in data analysis, database management, and visualization tools to uncover insights that propel our organization forward. Duties

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization platforms to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely data solutions aligned with project goals and business needs.
- Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Conduct business analysis to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support project management activities throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Automate routine data processes using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other scripting languages to improve efficiency.




- Present findings clearly through Visio diagrams or other visual aids to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

- Proven experience with data analysis skills including SQL querying, statistical analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
- Robust knowledge of database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R and Python for advanced analytics tasks.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and understanding of the SDLC process.
- Business analysis expertise to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of database design principles, VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), Visio for process mapping, and analytics best practices.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay: $24.23-$25.40 per hour
