and store administration tasksDevelop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and sales data to achieve sales targets while controlling expensesSupport ongoing performance management, including assisting with employee performance reviewsMaintain store merchandising presentation in line with company standardsMaintain high standards for cleanliness and food and product safetyManage cash handling, inventory ordering, and related retail administrative dutiesRequirements and QualificationsPost‐secondary educationMinimum of five years of experience in retail sales, including management or supervisory experienceExperience in inventory control and order management1 to 2 years of experience in a retail management role with 2 to 5 years of overall retail experiencePrevious experience in merchandising or visual presentationAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentExcellent customer service and sales skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong computer proficiency in MS OfficeDemonstrated ability to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer servicePassion for chocolateSalary and Rewards PackageStandard hiring range: $47,000–$60,000 CAD per annum with a 10% performance‐based bonus.
