You will source CAT and non-CAT parts, manage backorders, and process credits and orders with a focus on service excellence. You will build relationships with customers, coordinate with the warehouse, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. A journeyperson certification or pursuit of the Parts Apprenticeship is preferred.
