This HVAC Inside Sales position requires a driven individual eager to develop their career. Key duties include responding to customer inquiries, providing quotations, and establishing solid customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming customer calls and orders
• Develop rapport with clients and identify upselling prospects
• Source materials when not in stock
• Ensure excellent service during order processing
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations

Requirements:
• A minimum of two years in sales preferred
• Relevant post-secondary education in HVAC or Hydronics preferred
