This role will focus heavily on e-commerce, quoting workflows, and business process analysis within a complex digital transformation environment.The ideal candidate combines strong BA fundamentals with hands‐on experience supporting CPQ (configure price quote) logic and digital commerce implementations. You should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborating closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams.Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentationSupport e-commerce and quoting-related workflows across digital platformsCollaborate with cross‐functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and DeliveryAnalyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependenciesAssist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicableIdentify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout deliveryAct as a bridge between technical and non‐technical stakeholdersRequirements:4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in consulting or technology environmentsStrong experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeysExperience working with quoting, CPQ, configuration,
