Quarry Consulting is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team.This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys owning priority searches, finding great people, and working closely with clients and our Sales and Proposal teams to get results.You'll recruit across both the private and public sectors, supporting permanent and contract placements as well as Government of Canada RFPs and competitive submissions.What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruitment for IT and professional roles across private sector, federal government, and broader public sector clientsOwn priority and difficult-to-fill searches from intake through placementProactively source and build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, referrals, and your professional networkInterview and qualify candidates for skills, experience, availability, compensation/rates, security clearance, and overall fitBuild strong candidate submissions tailored to client requirementsReview government RFP requirements and identify mandatory and rated criteria, security clearances, certifications, and required experienceWork closely with Account Managers, Business Development, and Proposal teams on active opportunities and RFP submissionsMaintain accurate candidate and pipeline information in BullhornDevelop and maintain relationships with high-demand consultants and candidatesProvide market intelligence on candidate availability, compensation, rates,
