We’re Hiring! Senior / Lead Dental Assistant

Are you an experienced dental assistant who loves patient care, enjoys supporting a team, and is ready to take the next step in your career?

Cameron Dental is looking for a confident and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant with at least 5 years of experience to join our team in a senior/lead role.

This is a wonderful chance for someone who enjoys being hands-on clinically while also mentoring team members, taking on greater responsibility, and helping our practice run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be a trusted resource for our team and an important part of providing exceptional care to our patients.

In this role, you will:

- Mentor, support and encourage newer dental assistants
- Step in confidently for complex procedures and advanced cases
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical/back-end area
- Conduct regular chart audits to support accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Complete patient follow-up calls as needed
- Manage ordering, inventory and clinical supplies
- Help maintain organized and efficient systems within the clinical team
- Support our dentists and assistants wherever your experience is most valuable




- Share ideas and help improve the way our team works together

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organized, proactive, approachable and collaborative — someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge, helping others grow and taking ownership while continuing to provide excellent chairside support and patient care.

What we offer

- Daytime hours, Monday to Friday
- 32–40 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate
