We are currently seeking a Full-Time Denturist to join our growing team and provide care across our locations within the Windsor–Chatham–Sarnia corridor. Whether you are an experienced Denturist or a recent graduate looking to build your clinical skills, this position offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop within a comprehensive dental environment. You will have access to mentorship, hands-on training, implant dentistry, digital workflows, and an in-house dental laboratory.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with dentists, clinical team members, and our in-house laboratory to provide comprehensive denture and implant prosthetic care. We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, eager to learn, and committed to providing high-quality patient care. Travel between our Windsor and Sarnia area locations will be required as part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and develop appropriate denture treatment plans based on their individual clinical needs.
- Provide complete and partial dentures, immediate dentures, relines, rebases, repairs, and other denturist services.
- Develop experience in implant-supported and implant-retained denture cases through mentorship and collaboration with our dentists and clinical team.
- Conduct patient consultations, impressions, try-ins, fittings, adjustments, and follow-up appointments.
- Learn and utilize digital scanning, digital denture workflows, and other modern dental technologies, with training and mentorship provided.




- Work closely with our in-house dental laboratory to support productive treatment planning, fabrication, adjustments, and delivery of prosthetic appliances.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, denture care, maintenance, and long-term oral health.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with dentists and other members of the clinical team to provide coordinated patient care.
- Travel between assigned locations within the Windsor–Chatham–Sarnia corridor based on scheduling and patient needs.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable regulatory, infection prevention, and patient care requirements.

Qualifications:

- Registered and in good standing as a Denturist in Ontario, or eligible for registration in Ontario.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Foundational clinical knowledge of complete and partial dentures, with a willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills.
- Experience with implant-supported prosthetics and digital dental workflows is an asset but is not required. Training and mentorship will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, laboratory technicians, and clinical team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
- Motivated, professional, and eager to learn and grow within the profession.




- Ability and willingness to travel between assigned locations within the Windsor–Chatham–Sarnia corridor.
