About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to take ownership of Realtris' digital marketing, lead generation, and social media strategy.

This role combines Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, analytics, lead generation, and social media growth. You will be responsible for determining what marketing strategies to use, what content to create, what platforms to focus on, and how to improve overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve search performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.

Social Media & Content Strategy

- Develop and own Realtris' overall social media strategy and content direction.
- Determine what content should be created, what topics to focus on, and how content should be positioned for the target audience.
- Develop content calendars, creative concepts, hooks, captions, and campaign ideas.
- Identify trends, emerging content formats, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
- Develop strategies to increase views, engagement, followers, and overall audience growth.
- Manage Realtris' presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze content performance and continuously adjust the strategy based on results.
- Provide clear direction on the content required and coordinate its execution when needed.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.




- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media growth and content strategy.
- Ability to independently develop marketing strategies and content ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker who understands trends, audience behaviour, and what makes content perform.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Real estate or property marketing experience is an asset.
- Must be available to work on-site at our Markham office.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 40,000–45,000 per year
- Full-time, on-site position in Markham
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Paid time off
- On-site parking
