Duties

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
- Support the food service team by restocking supplies, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Help with general kitchen organization, including trash disposal, cleaning schedules, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours




- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
