Working Hours: Shifts ( 20hrs per week)

Summary Of Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand

Operate commercial dishwashers according to safety and sanitation guidelines

Sort and organize clean items in designated storage areas

Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces and kitchen equipment

Explicit and reset tables in dining areas between seatings, as needed and transports service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning

Remove garbage and recycling from the kitchen and dishwashing stations

Restock cleaning supplies and notifying supervisors when inventory is low

Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness

Support cooks and kitchen staff with basic preparation or organizational tasks

Always follow workplace health and safety procedures

Assist with closing or opening cleaning procedures as assigned

Load/unload supply deliveries transferring between storage and designated work areas (shelves and coolers)

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred

English/ Hindi/ Punjabi preferred
