We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team and get our people & equipment to where they need to be.

Key Qualifications

· 3+ years customer service experience;

· Any construction Dispatch experience highly beneficial;

· Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment;

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, even under pressure;

· Robust organizational skills with a high degree of responsibility and dependability.

Key Duties

· Accurately and efficiently dispatches DME’s fleet daily with little or no confusion or communication errors;





· Provides support in procuring sub-contracted equipment and resources as required for projects and customers;

· Provides fast, accurate information to employees and customers;

· Proactively schedules field employees and equipment for projects;

· Acts as a home-base and support for employees and customers by being knowledgeable, honest, and eager to solve problems;

· Ability to work longer hours when required (including after hours and weekends - laptop and cell phone are provided).
