Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining air duct systems in commercial and residential facilities. Your efforts will ensure optimal indoor air quality, improve HVAC system efficiency, and promote healthier environments for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough inspections of ductwork systems using hand tools and power tools to identify areas needing cleaning or repair
- Utilize commercial cleaning techniques to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants from air ducts and ventilation systems
- Operate heavy lifting equipment and tools safely to handle large components or equipment parts during cleaning procedures
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including before-and-after photos and service reports
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain services provided, address questions, and ensure customer satisfaction




- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents or damage to property
- Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building cleanliness and functionality

Qualifications

- Proven experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for ductwork handling
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to complete jobs efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Prior experience in HVAC or duct cleaning is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
