Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywaller to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall surfaces to create smooth, durable walls and ceilings in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Your expertise will help transform raw spaces into polished environments, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

- Measure and cut drywall panels accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
- Install drywall sheets securely on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and fasteners
- Finish joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and applying texture to achieve a seamless surface
- Repair or replace damaged drywall sections efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Apply caulking around seams, corners, and fixtures to ensure airtight and watertight finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation processes
- Collaborate with carpenters, painters,



and other trades to coordinate project timelines and quality expectations

Skills

- Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair with a strong eye for detail
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques for surface preparation and finishing touches
- Solid understanding of carpentry principles relevant to framing and drywall support structures
- Familiarity with blueprint reading to accurately execute project plans
- Hands-on handyman experience demonstrating versatility across various construction tasks
- Ability to perform caulking effectively for clean, professional results
- Strong communication skills for teamwork and safety compliance in a busy construction setting
