Summary
We are seeking a dedicated DZ Driver to join our team in Brampton. Based in your local area, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth transportation of materials and equipment to support our construction projects. Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to transport materials and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
- Load and unload material with care, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with forklift operation when required.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver DZ license.
- Load securement experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs equipment/materials.
