As a Data Developer, you'll play an significant role in turning data into meaningful insights by designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions using technologies such as PostgreSQL and Metabase.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business and reporting needs, ensure data is accurate and reliable,



and build solutions that make it easier for our clients and internal teams to access and use their data. This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise, analytical thinking, and understanding of data to support better, data-driven decision-making.What You'll Be Doing:Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to support reporting and analytics requirementsImplement and manage reporting solutions using tools like Metabase, ensuring user-friendly dashboards and visualizationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through reportsPerform data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation to prepare datasets for reporting purposesMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and reporting processes to ensure reliability and performanceWork closely with team members to support data-driven decision-making initiativesStay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering, reporting, and analyticsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in data management, database administration, or data analytics are a plusHands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimizationProficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggersExperience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BIStrong understanding of database design, data modelling, and ETL processesExperience with Python programming language is preferred, and some understanding of API development is considered a bonusExcellent analytical, problem-solving,
