• Provide patient care in general medicine and seniors’ care • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care • Complete and maintain Meditech 6.0 electronic documentation • Participate in unit-based projects and hospital committees • Mentor current hires and nursing students in practice

Requirements: • Completion of a recognized Registered Practical Nursing program • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • BCLS certification must be current • Preferred 2 years’ experience in related nursing fields • Solid organizational and critical thinking skills
