The Role - What You'll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead the back-of-house team and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards every day.
Lead, coach, and develop your back-of-house team
Manage scheduling, labor, and daily kitchen operations
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Smitty’s standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
Keep operations running smoothly in a rapid-paced environment
Collaborate with front-of-house and handle guest feedback professionally




Identify opportunities to improve performance, systems, and results

The Requirements - What You Need:
Experience in kitchen or hospitality leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced workplace
A focus on food quality, consistency, and team development
Explicit communication and problem-solving skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and full-time hours
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
