CHARCO Sécurité is looking for motivated, versatile, and reliable security guards who are available to work on-call for a variety of assignments in the Shawinigan area.

Description of assignments:
Corporate and commercial security : Preventive rounds, access control, customer service — tasks vary depending on the company’s needs.
Event security : Ensure the safety of participants and the site during festivals, shows, and other public events.
Detainee monitoring (in partnership with the Sûreté du Québec) : Camera surveillance with no direct contact. You will alert the SQ in case of suspicious behavior. The only contact with the detainee occurs during meal delivery, through a small window in the cell door, with no physical interaction.

What we offer:
Salary : starting at $21.00/hour + premiums depending on the assignment
Hours :



up to 40 hours/week depending on needs
Schedule : day, evening, night shifts – from Monday to Sunday
Status : on-call , ideal for candidates who are versatile and available

Requirements:
Valid security guard license
Valid first aid certification
Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
Clear criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods (4 to 12 hours)
Ability to write detailed reports (hourly during the day, every 30 minutes at night)
Solid customer service skills
