With a high school diploma and robust communication skills, you will utilize your 2+ years of maintenance experience to manage work orders, preventative tasks, and emergency repairs within a seniors living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance checks and track logged activities accurately
• Oversee grounds and winter safety for residents
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks as prioritized




• Provide touch-ups on paint and assist in common area upkeep
• Uphold fire safety measures for the overall safety of residents
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
