Your leadership will emphasize enhancing equipment availability and managing maintenance staff while effectively coordinating with Operations to ensure smooth workflows. You will play a pivotal role in training, process evaluation, and resource management.Key Responsibilities:
Direct field and shop maintenance activities
Coach and develop maintenance teams and supervisors
Align maintenance priorities with operational demands




Monitor and document maintenance conditions thoroughly
Evaluate practices to enhance efficiency and reduce downtimeRequirements:
5–7 years of leadership experience in maintenance
HET Journeyman certification required
Experience managing maintenance budgets and resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
