We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial beauty professionals to represent MAKE UP FOR EVER within Sephora locations across the Vancouver market. This is a sales-focused, client-facing role where you will drive in-store performance, elevate the customer experience through artistry, and build strong relationships with store teams.

Compensation & Perks:

- Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
- Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

What You’ll Do:

- Drive sales performance and consistently meet/exceed daily goals.
- Deliver high-conversion client experiences through personalized makeup routine building.
- Execute high-volume sales events (FSC and HUB).
- Build strong, lasting relationships with Sephora leadership and Beauty Advisors to influence sales.
- Identify opportunities to increase sell-through and maximize brand visibility in-store.
- Provide product education and support to store teams.
- Track and report daily performance metrics and insights.
- Transport event collateral and promotional materials securely to Sephora store locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Certified or professionally trained makeup artist (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in sales,



retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
- Transportation: Having a personal car is preferred, but not mandatory—as long as you have a valid driver's license or the ability to reliably transport event collateral and get to Sephora locations across Vancouver. (Parking is fully covered).
- Lead In-Store Education: Act as the primary educator in-store, conducting masterclasses, coaching sessions, and mini-trainings for Sephora Beauty Advisors and clients alike.
- Translate Technical Knowledge: Break down complex makeup formulas, application techniques, and trends into digestible, engaging, and easy-to-teach concepts for diverse audiences.
- Access to a computer and ability to complete basic administrative tasks i.e. attend sales meetings, product trainings, emails.

Schedule & Flexibility:

- Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.
- Shifts scheduled based on peak retail hours and business needs, with the majority occurring Thursday through Sunday, aligned with high-traffic sales periods.
