Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Epic Care Link / Care Everywhere Analyst to support Epic interoperability, external provider access, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and application optimization.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Epic Care Link and/or Care Everywhere , strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, and experience working with clinical, technical, and external healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and support Epic Care Link and Care Everywhere functionality.
- Support external healthcare providers and organizations accessing patient information through Epic Care Link.
- Support clinical information exchange and interoperability workflows through Care Everywhere.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, access, and data-exchange issues.
- Work with clinical, business, technical, and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Perform application configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Develop test plans and test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Investigate production issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.
- Maintain technical documentation, workflow documentation, and configuration specifications.
- Participate in Epic upgrade and release activities.
- Collaborate with other Epic application and integration teams to ensure end-to-end workflows.




- Provide application support and knowledge transfer to end users and stakeholders.

Epic Care Link
- Support external-provider access to Epic patient information.
- Configure and maintain Care Link workflows and user access.
- Troubleshoot provider access and workflow issues.
- Support affiliated hospitals, physicians, clinics, and external healthcare organizations.
- Participate in Care Link testing, upgrades, and optimization activities.

Epic Care Everywhere
- Support clinical information exchange between healthcare organizations.
- Troubleshoot Care Everywhere connectivity and workflow issues.
- Support exchange and reconciliation of external patient information.
- Work with interoperability/integration teams to investigate exchange-related issues.
- Participate in testing and validation of Care Everywhere enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT/EHR environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Care Link and/or Care Everywhere.
- Experience with Epic configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, or production support.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Epic certification relevant to the position is mandatory where required by the client/project.
