RTI Equipment Solutions is expanding in London and Southwestern Ontario, and we're looking for an exceptional equipment sales professional to help build and lead the commercial side of our London operation.

We're not looking to convince someone that the heavy equipment industry is a great place to build a career.

You should already know that.

You should know the equipment. Know the customers. Know the market. Have relationships. And most importantly, have the drive to build something significant.

We want someone who wants this opportunity as much as—or more than—we want them.

The Opportunity

This is full-circle equipment sales:

- New Hyundai Construction Equipment and used equipment sales
- Equipment rentals
- Attachments and specialty equipment
- Parts, service and customer support
- Developing current accounts and growing existing relationships

You will work alongside our Assistant Branch Manager to help build RTI's London operation, supported by our ownership, senior leadership, rental, service, parts and transportation teams. Your responsibility is simple: build relationships, build the territory and build a profitable business.

Who Are We Looking For?

A true equipment sales qualified who can step into the London and Southwestern Ontario market and make an immediate impact.

Someone who

- Has proven heavy equipment or equipment rental sales experience
- Has existing relationships throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Understands contractors and the construction industry
- Can sell equipment and develop rental business
- Is driven by relationships, results and profitability
- Takes ownership and doesn't need to be pushed
- Wants the opportunity to help build and lead a significant territory
