We're looking for a Genesis Experience Manager – Acquisition who combines sales and finance expertise with a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalized customer experience.You'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase journey—from understanding their needs and presenting Genesis vehicles to arranging financing, protection products, and final documentation.As a trusted advisor, you'll help customers make confident decisions while creating a seamless, transparent, and personalized Genesis ownership experience.The Genesis ExperienceThe Genesis experience goes beyond the vehicle. It's about building trust, understanding each customer's needs, and delivering a level of service that feels personal, professional, and effortless.What You'll Do:Welcome customers and build genuine, long-term relationshipsUnderstand customer needs and recommend the right Genesis vehicle and purchase optionsPresent Genesis vehicles, features, benefits, and the ownership experienceConduct professional and safe test drivesGuide customers through the complete purchase processExplain and arrange financing and leasing optionsPresent relevant insurance, warranty, and vehicle protection productsPrepare accurate sales, finance, and lease documentation while ensuring complianceMaintain customer records and follow-up through the CRMCoordinate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journeyStay current on Genesis products, incentives, lender programs, and industry requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Qualifications:Automotive sales and/or finance experience is an asset3-5 years of experience in a luxury, premium, hospitality, or other customer-focused setting is considered an assetSuccessful candidates must meet applicable provincial licensing and registration requirements,
