Ride Every Stride creates custom equestrian products, apparel and awards. We’re hiring an experienced embroidery operator to join our production team part-time, with the potential to grow into a full time role.

What you will do:

- Set up and run our multi-head embroidery machines.
- Hoop and position apparel, jackets, horse blankets, saddle pads and other custom products.
- Select backing and stabilizers, change thread and bobbins, and check needles.
- Troubleshoot routine thread breaks, tension issues and placement problems.
- Inspect finished embroidery for accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine operator maintenance and keep your work area organized.

What you will bring

- Hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines.
- Confidence hooping different products and resolving routine machine issues.




- Strong attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work to production deadlines.

Tajima experience is strongly preferred, but experience with another multi-head brand is welcome. Digitizing experience is not required. Sewing or screen-printing experience is an asset, but does not replace commercial embroidery experience. This is an on-site position in Guelph. Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
