Experienced Bartender---Part Time (Skycastle Roller Rink -New Horizon Mall)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team and be a core staff in bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be a strong team player.

The ideal candidate has to multi-task and manage working in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.

General Accountabilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that all beverages are made with expertise and in a timely manner.
- Serving bar and tables with the highest level of customer service.
- Set up and stock the bar with all necessary supplies.
- Work in cooperation with the kitchen and other general staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS:




- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Robust knowledge of bartending techniques and mixology
- Be able to adapt and adjust to fast-paced situations
- Familiar with the industry’s best practices
- Valid PRO serve

-Certification in food handling is a plus Must be able to handle the service of the bar independently.

Minimum 3 years of serving/bartending experience in a fast-paced pub atmosphere.
