We are currently seeking a full-time Experienced Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in commercial glazing and installation who takes pride in precision, safety, and high-quality workmanship. You will work on a variety of commercial projects, contributing to a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

- Remove and install windows and doors with precision and efficiency
- Accurately measure window and door openings and verify fit before installation
- Prepare openings, including removal of old materials, cleaning, levelling, and squaring
- Apply insulation, sealants, flashing, and weatherproofing to manufacturer and company standards
- Install interior and exterior trim, casing, hardware, and finishing components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and installation specifications
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and building code requirements




- Troubleshoot installation issues and make on-site adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a window and door installer (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong understanding of window and door systems, installation methods, and materials
- Ability to work independently and lead or support a crew as required
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Solid problem-solving skills and good judgment on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Physically capable of lifting and handling windows, doors, and materials
- Valid driver’s license (asset, if applicable)
