Centre Point Enterprises Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team and oversee our tower crane operator and rigger workforce across multiple project sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the demands of tower crane operations, rigging, and construction sites and enjoys working with people.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Centre Point Operators and Riggers, including scheduling coverage and arranging subcontractors when required.
- Conduct regular site visits to review logbooks, rigging inspections, SWPs, and overall compliance with company and site requirements.
- Complete orientations for new hires, operators changing cranes/sites, and new project assignments.
- Provide mentorship and support to B-Ticket operators and riggers, including ongoing coaching and field guidance.
- Assist with tower crane erections, climbs, dismantles, and other field operations as required.
- Manage employee documentation, including timesheets, site visit reports, supervision notes, orientations, and payroll submissions.
- Support employee onboarding, performance management, and terminations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees while identifying opportunities for operator and rigger placements.
- Respond to changing project and workforce needs and provide operational support as required.

What We’re Looking For:





- Tower Crane Operator Certification or equivalent.
- Fall Protection Certification.
- 5+ years of experience in the tower crane industry.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple sites, employees, and priorities.
- Ability to read and understand Safe Work Procedures, site documentation, and applicable safety requirements.

Assets:

- Previous supervisory, foreman, lead hand, or workforce coordination experience.
- Experience mentoring B-Ticket operators and/or apprentice workers.
- Existing relationships within the construction, crane, or rigging industry.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
