We are looking for someone who is professional, motivated and confident—someone who can provide excellent service to customers while actively helping us grow our commercial client base.This is not simply an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding opportunities, following up and closing business.Location: NE Calgary, AlbertaSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PMCompensation: $41,600 base salary + uncapped commissionKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales: Act as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, online inquiries and walk-in customers.Business Development: Proactively contact construction companies, contractors, industrial businesses, logistics companies, property managers and other potential commercial customers to introduce Containerland's products and services.Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective customers throughout Calgary and surrounding areas and develop new business opportunities.Quoting & Closing: Understand customer requirements, prepare quotes, follow up consistently and work toward closing container sales, rentals and related services.Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of shipping container sizes, conditions, uses, modifications, rentals, sales, storage and delivery requirements.Industry Knowledge: Become familiar with the needs of the construction, industrial,
