You will conduct follow-ups, ensuring effective screenings and contribute to family education on newborn care. Conduct clinic visits after hospital discharge
Perform critical newborn and jaundice screenings
Provide educational resources on breastfeeding
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Offer postpartum follow-up for up to 4 weeksRequirements:
Valid Midwifery Certificate from the College of Midwives
Excellent assessment and teaching skills
Experience in team-based care approaches
