No previous experience is required, although plant knowledge is considered an asset.Job DutiesPotting and planting plants and flowersWeeding and general crop maintenanceLifting, carrying, moving plants, trays and materialsAssisting with greenhouse production and maintenancePerforming general Greenhouse labor and other related duties as requiredRequirementsNo formal education or previous experience requiredPlant knowledge is an assetEnglish is an asset but not requiredMust be physically capable of repetitive bending, standing, lifting, and carrying throughout the workdayMust be able to work in a greenhouse workplace and outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be willing to work up to 10 hours per day, 6 days a weekReliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
