Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, full-cycle accounting, budgeting, compliance reporting, and financial analysis across multiple business units in real estate.Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability ToMaintain accurate and consistent general ledgers across multiple business unitsPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysesManage full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including month-end close processesPrepare and file GST returns, including self-assessments and rebate claimsAssist with budgeting activities and analyze actual results against budget expectationsInvestigate financial variances and identify potential operational or accounting issuesSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reporting packages for senior leadershipContribute to process improvements and support special projects within the finance departmentYour strengths include:5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a medium to large organizationStrong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experienceProperty management accounting experience and ideally proficiency with Yardi VoyagerStrong Microsoft Excel skillsAnalytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyCPA designation is considered an asset
