Mastronardi Produce is hiring a Shipper/Receiver for our Kingsville Distribution Center, specializing in quality control and inventory management. This full time position works from 3 PM to 11 AM, focusing on ensuring shipment accuracy and effective inventory practices.
You will play a crucial role in receiving shipments, inspecting for quality compliance, and managing inventory records. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of warehouse experience, particularly in produce, while also being capable of operating forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, date code, and examine incoming shipments
• Report quality control issues to supervisors quickly




• Accurately enter shipment details into the computer program
• Efficiently operate forklifts for moving stock
• Ensure proper organization and rotation of products
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of relevant warehouse experience
• Must have forklift operation skills
• Capable of positive communication in English
• Able to lift 30 lbs repetitively
