In this role, you will direct the activities of Patrol Avalanche Forecasters, supervise field operations and avalanche control measures, and maintain crucial avalanche safety documentation. Foster a high-standard support system for your team while collaborating on innovative training and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily assignments for the Patrol Forecasting Team
• Conduct snowpack analysis and evaluate slope conditions
• Develop and guide avalanche control operations




• Ensure relevance of Avalanche Safety procedures
• Provide training in avalanche search, rescue, and control
Requirements:
• CAA Level 2 for Operations certification
• Five years’ experience with Qualified Ski Patrol
• Current blasting ticket and safety certifications
• Skilled in general computer usage
• Understanding of industry explosives protocols
