About the Opportunity Are you an automotive tinters or vehicle wrapper with about a year of experience under your belt? If you are looking to take your squeegee skills out of the garage and into the dynamic world of commercial and residential properties, ReflecTech wants to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation & Planning: Review upcoming projects, ensure all specialized tools, ladders, and scaffolding are loaded, and execute exact pre-cuts.
- Execution: Deliver flawless installations of tint, frost, vinyl, and security films on commercial and residential flat glass.
- Client Care: Act as the face of the company on-site. Call ahead to clients, educate them on the product during the install, and conduct a thorough final walk-through.
- Administration: Promptly invoice projects from the field using our proprietary company app and accurately log your inventory.

Requirements

- Experience: ~1 year of experience in automotive tinting, paint protection film (PPF), or vehicle wrapping.
- Licensing: A valid Class 5 License is strictly required to get to job sites.
- Working at Heights: You must be physically capable and entirely comfortable performing work safely at heights on a daily basis using ladders, scaffolding, and man-lifts.
- Tool Proficiency: Highly proficient with precision hand tools such as knives, cutters, and measuring tapes.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
