We're hiring a Financial Services Manager to run our F&I; desk: structuring deals, presenting protection products, and making sure every customer drives away properly financed and properly covered. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager and sales team, but the desk is yours; how you run your day, how you present, how you build your numbers.

This isn't a call-center job. You'll know your customers by name, close deals face to face, and see the direct result of your work in your paycheque. It's commission-driven and uncapped, and it rewards people who are sharp, organized, and positive with people under pressure.

What you'll be doing:

- Structuring financing and presenting F&I; products such as extended warranties, GAP, and protection packages, on every new and used sale
- Submitting and managing prime and sub-prime credit applications
- Keeping paperwork, registration, and funding airtight. This job lives or dies on attention to detail
- Backing up the General Manager and Sales Manager with demos,



customer interviews, and quotes when needed

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years in F&I; or dealership sales management. You must know the products and the process
- Someone who reads a room, builds trust fast, and closes without pressure tactics
- Sharp with deadlines and documentation. Funding delays cost everyone money
- Comfortable in a small store where you're not a number
