We are looking for an experienced Welder-Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong fitter who can accurately read drawings, fit and align components, and produce quality MIG welds.

What You'll Do

- Read and follow drawings and weld symbols
- Measure, layout, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
- Set up and align parts using clamps, jigs, and fixtures
- Tack and MIG weld steel and aluminum
- Grind and finish welds as needed
- Check dimensions, fit-up, and overall quality
- Follow workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Strong metal fitting and fabrication experience
- MIG welding experience with steel and aluminum
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Strong measuring, alignment, and fit-up skills
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Safety minded and reliable
