Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Manager / Parts & Maintenance Coordinator to lead our fleet maintenance operations and streamline parts procurement processes. Duties

- Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for the entire fleet, ensuring timely service to minimize downtime
- Manage parts inventory, including sourcing, purchasing, and procurement of vehicle parts and supplies using ERP systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality parts delivery
- Maintain accurate data entry related to maintenance activities, inventory levels, and procurement records
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards




- Develop demand planning strategies for parts inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Support customer service efforts by providing timely updates on fleet status and maintenance schedules

Requirements

- Proven experience in dealership or fleet maintenance management with a strong mechanical background
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, sourcing strategies, and procurement practices
- Proficiency in data entry, ERP systems, CMMS software, and demand planning tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments, HVAC systems, forklifts, and other fleet equipment
- Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Exceptional customer service mindset with clear communication abilities
