Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while providing clear math calculations for bills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all serving areas, including food handling and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to deliver efficient service without compromising quality.




- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cashiering purposes.
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering enhances candidacy but is not mandatory.
- A team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
