including collective agreement administrationFleet & Asset Management – Assist in planning and implementing improvement strategies for effective asset utilizationQualifications3-5 years of experience in highway road maintenance, infrastructure, bridge maintenance, or construction in a supervisory roleTechnical training or trade certification in a related field is an assetExperience managing bridge and highway projects is an advantageStrong knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standardsProven planning, scheduling, and leadership skillsExperience with continuous improvement processes (ISO or other management systems) is preferredWork ConditionsApplicants who reside locally will be given preference due to the nature of the work. As LHL is obligated to respond to various weather patterns, shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required. You will be required to work Monday to Friday work schedule with the expectation to monitor your phone for after hours emergencies.
