This role promotes equitable access to care.In this position, you will be a vital part of the Black Health team, dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for youth aged 13 to 29. The successful candidate will apply an equity lens and specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, addressing various health challenges faced by Black youth. You will have prospects for skilled growth while working in an interdisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct youth-focused primary care and sexual health services
Offer gender-affirming therapies and hormone management
Support clients with mental health navigation and treatments




Engage with community organizations for outreach initiatives
Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health recordsRequirements:
Registered Nurse in the Extended Class with current standing
At least 3 years of experience in sexual or community health
Strong dedication to anti-oppressive practices
