Window Cleaner – Summer Full-Time (May–August)

Jacqueline Laforet Window Cleaning, operated through the Student Works Management Program, is a locally operated exterior home services business serving the North York area. We provide residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior maintenance services.

We are currently hiring team members for full-time summer positions. This role is well-suited for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment and hands‑on work experience.

Job Responsibilities
Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior services
Work as part of a team at residential job sites
Travel to various locations within North York and the GTA
Communicate with customers in a qualified manner
Follow company procedures and maintain a safe work workplace

Compensation
$17.20 per hour (Ontario minimum wage)




Additional performance-based bonuses may be available based on productivity

Hours & Schedule
Full-time seasonal position (May–August)
35–45 hours per week
Work is primarily scheduled during daytime hours, with some variability based on weather

Requirements
Ability to work full time during the summer season
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical labour, including ladder use with proper safety equipment
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
Strong communication skills and reliability

Training & Safety
No prior experience required
Training is provided for all tasks and equipment
Work is completed in accordance with safety standards and procedures
