Cool Set Productions Ltd. is looking for a creative and hands-on Freelance Christmas & Holiday Décor Stylist to join our team for the upcoming holiday season.
We produce commercial holiday installations throughout Toronto and the GTA, including shopping centres, corporate spaces, restaurants and special events.
What You'll Do
You’ll work alongside our production and installation team to help style and bring our holiday installations to life. Projects may include:
- Styling and decorating Christmas trees of various sizes
- Designing and styling wreaths and garlands
- Working with ornaments, ribbon, picks, florals and greenery
- Styling gift boxes, props and holiday displays
- Creating balanced, polished and visually consistent décor
- Following existing design concepts and reference images
- Assisting with creative decisions and making adjustments on-site
- Working with our crew on larger commercial installations
We're looking for someone who brings a solid creative eye and styling expertise.
Who We're Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
You should have a strong sense of colour, proportion and composition and be comfortable working hands-on with large-scale décor.
Previous professional Christmas decorating experience is a strong asset but not mandatory if you have a robust styling or visual merchandising portfolio.

Location: Toronto & GTA – various project locations
Season: Primarily October–January, with additional opportunities throughout the year
Compensation: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
Some projects may take place during evenings and weekends.
