Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, handling email correspondence, and maintaining an organized reception area, as well as light cleaning duties.

The role also involves processing payments, updating client records, and coordinating with physiotherapists to support efficient clinic operations. This is an in office position based in Ville Mont-Royal, QC, requiring a professional, friendly presence at the front desk throughout clinic hours.

Salary: starting at 22$/hr

Hours: 22-25hrs/week

Tuesday 11:00-19:00

Wednesday 13:30 - 19:00





Thursday 16:00-19:30

Friday 8:00 - 16:30

Qualifications

- Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing front desk operations.
- Proficient Clerical Skills including data entry, managing records, and working with scheduling or clinic software.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with clients and team members.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a client-centered approach, demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability and ability to work independently
